SAIT Staff Wellness Campaign

Be well. Move well. Do well.

Wellness is a concept that encompasses various aspects of a person's life. These components of wellness are interconnected, contributing to an individual's overall well-being. The traditional wellness wheel includes: physical, social, emotional, environmental, spiritual, financial and vocational wellness.

The A&R wellness campaign is designed to support physical and social wellness of SAIT staff. Wellness at work is crucial for both employees and organizations. When wellness is prioritized, it leads to a more positive, productive, and sustainable work environment.

For those interested in participating, you will receive a Staff Activity Passport. The Campaign is a task-based event that runs from September until March. Throughout the Campaign, there will be various events and tasks to promote and support the physical and social wellness (along with some sneaky additions) of SAIT staff.

At the end of the Campaign, tokens will be redeemed for raffle tickets to bid on prizes! To wrap things up, there will be a celebration for all wellness supporters so we can have everyone in one space (and I can say thank you for taking part)!

Rules

1. Complete registration form: A&R Wellness Campaign
2. Contact harley.thwaites@sait.ca for a Staff Activity Passport. Stamps will be provided every Wednesday.
3. Complete tasks and attend events as written below.
4. Upon completion of an event or task, contact harley.thwaites@sait.ca. You will receive a stamp in your Passport and a Trojans wooden token OR Trojans poker chip.
   1. Trojans wooden token is for regular events.
   2. Trojans poker chip is for special events (worth double!). On the calendar, special events are in bold
