SAIT Trojans men's cross-country running

The SAIT Trojans men's cross-country running team ran their way to a silver medal this past weekend at the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) National Championships, hosted by Seneca College in Markham, Ont.

The team, comprised of Matt Travaglini, Jacques Saayman, Daryl Ross, Brant Lauweryssen, Matt Hebert and Jemmy Lee, finished just 12 points back of first-place St. Clair College.

After earning their first-ever national championship medal last year in Montreal (bronze), the Trojans have now gone back-to-back years in which they found themselves on the podium.
