SAIT Trojans Male Athlete of the Week

SAIT Trojans men’s cross-country runner Matthew Travaglini captured his second-straight ACAC Grand Prix men’s title Saturday afternoon amidst the rain and cold at St. Mary’s University.

The fourth-year runner was pushed hard by runners from Red Deer College and Concordia University of Edmonton, but managed to pull away at the end to earn the victory for SAIT in the 8-kilometre race. His showing helped his men’s team earn the team title for the second consecutive weekend, as well.

Matthew Travaglini is a Geomatics Engineering Technology student at SAIT.
