SAIT Trojans Male Athlete of the Week

Joseph Lambele - Men's Soccer

SAIT Trojans men's soccer player Joseph Lambele helped his team to a perfect 12-0 record this season, and really drove the nail down with his performance in the last week of the season.

Due to games postponed because of bad weather, the Trojans were asked to play three games in five days. On Tuesday, Lambele scored twice, as his team rolled to a 5-0 win over the host Ambrose University Lions.

Three days later, he added another two in SAIT's 5-1 win over Olds College in a game played in Lacombe, Alta. On the final day of the regular season, Lambele added his fifth of the week in a 4-0 win over Ambrose to put the finishing touches on their 12-0 season.

Joseph Lambele is a Business Administration student at SAIT.
