President's Message:
The Trojan Hockey Alumni Association (THAA) was established in 1998. We began as past players who got together and reminisced about their Trojan experiences and wanted to give something back to the program. Our mandate and focus has always been for the players and how we can contribute to the team's success on and off the ice.
The goal of the THAA is to ensure that the SAIT Trojan Hockey Program is recognized as being one of the best intercollegiate hockey programs in the nation. We achieve this commitment through innovative strategies, the spirit and integrity of our team, and the dedicated efforts of our valued alumni members.
Character and intelligence are the true goals of education. Through financial and moral support the THAA contributes vigorously to player scholarships and travel. SAIT athletes are eligible to receive a hockey scholarship by succeeding in the class room, contributing on the ice and giving something back to the community. SAIT graduates leave this program with an intercollegiate athletic experience and a secondary education.
The THAA will continue building our programs, contributions and awareness. The SAIT Trojans Men's Hockey Club are National Champions. We are proud to be part of a winning tradition and look forward to contributing to our future success. We envision an extremely bright future for the Trojan Hockey Alumni Association, which we plan to achieve through commitment, participation and growth of our memberships.
We encourage past players to get involved with your Alumni and fans to come out and enjoy some great entertainment.
