Mike Souster

Michael Souster received an Honours Bachelors degree in Kinesiology specializing in exercise and health physiology from the University of Calgary in 1996. In 1999, Michael completed a Master of Science degree from the University of Alberta specializing in adaptations in the hormonal profile in response to strength training.

He has served as an exercise physiologist consultant and fitness appraiser for the NHL's Edmonton Oilers through the University of Alberta, has worked with the Canadian Women's Hockey Program and was an exercise and health physiology lab instructor at the University of Alberta. During his graduate degree Michael has presented his research at national and international conferences and his research is also published in several peer-reviewed journals. Michael is a co-founder and Director of Peak Power Sport Development.
